What I liked about The Junkluggers of Orange County. (1) Same day service. No charge to come to my house and provide a quote on the cost of services. (2) Junkluggers are allowed to enter my home to remove furniture. I had contacted various charities but (Good Will, Salvation Army, etc.) but they are not allowed to enter people's homes, you have to move the furniture to the driveway or to the curb yourself for them to pick up. (3) Junkluggers recycle, repurpose and donate most items. I was very pleased to learn that my two items (a sofa chair and a recliner chair in like new condition) were donated to "Patriots and Paws" in Orange County, CA which provides household goods to veterans of the armed forces. I was happy to support our service members in that way. Thank you.

Shout out to the Junkluggers for cleaning out or garage and playroom.  The team was on time, professional, clean and helpful. The best part is their first stop was at Mercy Warehouse to donate as many goods as possible to prevent landfill waste.

It was a Big pleasure having Mike Torres and his team provide great service to help me clean up by moving my clutter. It was a day before my Chinese new year. I was in the rush to clean up and prepare for Chinese new year. Mike came and provided an estimate. There was a mistake in the estimate but I truly value how Mike took charge of the problem and resolved the problem immediately. His resolution to the problem really satisfied my needs. I'm very happy that he knows the value of keeping business with his customers. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to remove their furniture etc..to call Junkluggers. Thank you Mike and team. Luke and his partner took special care to allow me time to look through certain boxes as they were moving them into the truck bed. They were efficient and kind, and hanging out there with them was actually alot of fun. Im looking forward to working with them again .

The customer service is outstanding. The gentlemen who came to pick up my items were on time, personable and efficient. I also like that you do not take directly to the landfill.

What first attracted to me was the philosophy if your business (not just dumping everything into landfill; getting usable items to charitable organizations thus helping others). The staff who came to our house to lug our stuff were very professional, courteous, efficient, careful (i.e., to not bang furniture they moved into our house walls), and they were all very pleasant and interesting to interact with, and clearly committed to the philosophy of your organization! Keep up the great work. Oh, and I've already raved about Junkluggers to several co-workers and friends!

Both guys were great. They were professional, honest and engaging. There was no price gouging and its wonderful to know that the company donates to veterans before disgarding the furniture. Great company and I will definitely use them again.

Junkluggers was one of the best companies I have worked with. I really appreciated their complete dedication to the job, efficiency and that they were so detailed with how many trucks would show up, what time each truck would arrive at etc. I am a manager for local government and this project involved picking an outside vendor. I am glad I located them because they proved to be such a great choice. The owner met us in person and brought his crew. They are a professional company and I am positive they will grow into a huge business with the service they provide. Even the workers were so polite, trustworthy and courteous. I had a garage-full of junk and a room-full of furniture I did not need. I found Junkluggers, which does environmentally sound junk disposal. I scheduled an appointment through their website (lots of availability) and they contacted me within a day to confirm. The day before they sent a reminder, and day of, I got a call 30 minutes before their arrival window telling me when they’d be there.   The team of 5 young men were professional and nice; they also seemed to enjoy working together. They had everything cleared out in 45 minutes, tops, and didn’t scrape or damage anything. By the end of the day, I had a donation receipt from one of their charity partners for the furniture that they accepted.   It was so easy, and reasonably priced in my opinion (I didn’t have to rent trucks, find furniture movers, go to charity or dump myself, etc.). Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was highly impressed with the Junkluggers service. They called me with an arrival time and arrived prompt at that time. They provided me with an estimate and were true to it. They were fast and efficient and even swept and cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend them.
