The fast response and friendly people. Joe was the first person I spoke with and he was very friendly and accommodating to the my service needs. He rescheduled my pick up with ease and answered all of my questions. The two men who came to pick up my sofas were also very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and I will used them in the future if needed.
